Insanity Day 1 (A real ass kicker)

So today was my first day of Insanity and let me tell you it is no walk in the park. Day 1 is Plyometric Cardio Curcuit and I really have never did any type of Plyometric workouts but for the first time doing it I loved it but hated it at the same time. The workout today lasted around 46 minutes, all of which took me a total of almost an hour and 40 minutes just for how many times I hit the pause button to take a break.

The warm up alone kicked my ass and I hit the pause button at least one within the first 5 minutes and that is saying something about this program. My goal is to drop 45 pounds by the end of the 63 days of Insanity and by all means I believe that is going to happen just for how hard this program kicks your ass.

I would recommend this workout program to anyone who is really trying to lose weight but don't expect to just jump right up off of the couch and do this if you haven't did any type of cardio workouts for a while and also if you are morbid obese I definitaley would not recommend this to you I would recommend P90 for them people.

All in all I believe this program is going to really change the way I look and the way I feel. I am currently at 224.5 pounds and I am 6 foot tall now you tell me, if I can make it through this program can't you? I am considered obese by my bmi and yet I finished this day 1 hellish workout, all it takes is a lot of motivation. Have fun going Insane :)
